About the Position
The Medical Laboratory Technician at Legacy Community Health will be responsible for overseeing various laboratory tests and procedures as assigned in the East Region of the Greater Houston Area. You will serve as the support for your managers and have about 100+ indirect reports. In this role, you will need to use critical thinking skills as you deal with issue resolution concerning the day-to-day technical operation of the laboratories.

Requirements
- Associate's Degree in Medical Technology or Laboratory Science
- Documented clinical laboratory training or experience in waived and moderate-complexity testing
- 1 year of experience in waived and/or moderate-complexity testing
